About the Role
A fast-growing technology company is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead product strategy end-to-end and guide the evolution of the product and design organization as the company scales. The role is responsible for defining the product vision, translating company strategy into a roadmap, and building a high-performing team that delivers outstanding user experiences and business outcomes. This is a high-impact leadership position with ownership over product direction.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and communicate the long-term product vision in alignment with company goals and user needs
- Partner with Engineering and Design leadership to translate vision into an outcome-driven roadmap with measurable success metrics
- Lead product discovery, including user research, problem validation, and opportunity sizing
- Make tradeoffs between speed, quality, and scope thoughtfully
Team Management & Growth
- Build and scale Product Management and Design teams, attracting and retaining top talent
- Mentor and develop team members, setting high standards for ownership and impact
- Establish frameworks for career growth, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Foster a culture focused on users, accountability, and continuous improvement
Execution & Delivery
- Work closely with Engineering to ensure delivery against roadmap priorities
- Implement strong product processes, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Balance short-term execution with long-term platform and product investments
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through metrics and experimentation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to align priorities and outcomes
- Support go-to-market efforts with positioning, pricing input, and launch readiness
- Represent the product in executive discussions as needed
Qualifications
- 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing product and design/UX teams
- Experience owning product strategy for B2B and/or B2C software products
- Track record of scaling products and teams in growth-stage companies
- History of shipping impactful products and driving measurable business outcomes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in product-led market expansion is a plus
- Experience working in regulated industries (compliance, retail, fintech, or similar) is a plus
