What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Corporate Counsel position at Katalyst HealthCares and Life Sciences?

Responsibilities :

Looking for an experienced senior lawyer with current corporate in-house experience.
Has experience working in a pharmaceutical corporate environment.
Has good experience with regulatory, distribution, supply, commercial and payer agreements, CRO's and clinical trial experience.
Would really like someone with strong supply and distribution agreement experience.
Broad pharma expert would be a plus.

Requirement :

Requires 10 or more years' corporate legal experience at a top law firm or in an in-house corporate legal department.

Undergraduate and Law degrees; admission to State Bar.

Senior in-house corporate law attorney with current experience.

Must have experience as an attorney in the pharmaceutical industry.

The focus of this contractor will be on contracts so strong contracting experience specifically in areas involving clinical trials and commercial.
