RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer clients' inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
- Assist clients with payments in person and over the phone
- Educate clients on insurance and their needs for protection
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask as well as taking initiative and understand the meaning of being a team player.
- Previous customer service experience and office experience preferred.
- Illinois Insurance license for Property & Casualty and Life & Health
