Description Summary:

The Software Developer is responsible for design and delivery of company-spanning technology initiatives. The developer is focused on the system, and is involved from project inception, initial design, and finally project delivery. In this role, the ideal candidate is equally capable and comfortable working side by side with C-level management as well as Software Solutions Architects. Potential Solution Architects have experience with distributed-systems design, which includes cloud-capable systems and deployments.

Responsibilities:

• Design fault-tolerant, scalable and decoupled software solutions.

• Identify areas of improvement between systems.

• Ability to analyze and critically evaluate information, reconcile conflicts, synthesize low-level information at a higher level and distinguish true needs from user requests and solution ideas from requirements.

• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Comply with all company policies and procedures.

• Requires regular, predictable, and punctual attendance.

Minimum Qualifications (knowledge, skills & abilities): To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

• Education and/or Experience: BS in computer science or nearing completion of degree (masters’ degree preferred) with 4 years of relative experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• .NET/C# Experience

• SQL Experience, preferred

• CRM Administration Experience, a plus

• Mitel Phone System Administration, a plus

• Language Adaptability

• Versatile & enthusiastic towards taking on new problems across the full-stack

• Architecturally driven

• Agile methodology & embracement

• Project speed & accuracy

• Creative understanding

• Excellent communication skills (oral, written, summary commentary, etc.)

• Object oriented experience, preferred

• Exception knowledgeable of Microsoft Office products and internet navigation required

• Proficiency in typing with high accuracy
• Time Management, Organizational, and Multitasking with superb attention to detail

• Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as information regarding bid specifications, product information, etc. Proficiency in English language is required to effectively communicate with people at all levels; Spanish speaking, preferred.

• Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

• Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

• Other Qualifications: Willingness to perform any required task within the employee’s capabilities in order to effectively meet the needs of the company. Ability to get along well with others.
