Job Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at Kawaii Slime Company, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced and exciting work environment. This role requires a highly motivated and meticulously organized individual who can handle multiple projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will be diverse, ranging from assisting the CEO with various tasks to ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our vibrant office. Each day will be exciting and different and you will need to be able to handle a wide array of tasks that will be ever changing.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and other upper management to execute tasks efficiently.
- Handle various administrative duties, including filing, organization, and maintaining office supplies.
- Arrange appointments, bookings, travel and any other needs of the CEO.
- Manage and coordinate office events, including retreats, parties, and celebrations.
- Assist in various tasks needed between our other locations and retail stores.
- Partake in other miscellaneous tasks, such as running errands for CEO, ensuring the office snack station is well-stocked, scheduling birthday party meals and coordinating special projects as needed.
- Available to travel and take part in industry toy conventions as needed.
- Adapt to ever-changing responsibilities and proactively contribute to the overall success of the company.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Self-starter with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
