Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Mount Juliet, TN. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including sales management, staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, and store maintenance. Additional duties include training and motivating staff, developing sales strategies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising.
