Kayak Instructor

Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated kayaking Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and experience in coaching various sports. This role involves teaching and mentoring students in a supportive environment, fostering their skills in sports and physical activities. The Instructor will play a crucial role in promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and personal development among participants.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for various sports, including Judo, Basketball, Karate, and other martial arts.
• Teach fundamental skills and techniques while ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Provide individualized attention to students to enhance their learning experience.
• Organize and lead practice sessions, drills, and competitive events.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
• Collaborate with other instructors to create a well-rounded curriculum that meets the needs of all participants.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and accessible for all users.

Experience

• Previous experience in teaching physical education or coaching sports is preferred.
• Strong background in Gym activities, Childcare, Behavior management, or related fields is advantageous.
• Ability to engage with children and young adults effectively while promoting teamwork and discipline.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• A commitment to fostering a positive learning environment that encourages personal growth through physical activity.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
