The role requires working from the Norwalk, CT office at least 3 days per week. Responsibilities include managing KAYAK's global real estate footprint, project managing office expansion projects, acting as liaison between groups, sister brands, landlords, and property management, maintaining office spaces and vendor relationships, coordinating office purchasing and events, managing budgets, supporting office leads and social committees, overseeing emergency procedures and health and safety policies, and collaborating with the global Workplace Experience team. The candidate should have strong time management and organizational skills, real estate and office management experience, excellent communication skills, and be proactive and collaborative. Familiarity with Google applications and Slack is required.
