What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Sales Coordinator position at Kayser Ford?
Job Summary: We’re looking to add someone to our Commercial Trucking department and assist in coordinating day to day tasks. This is a Monday – Friday position. In this role, you’ll the point of contact with fleet/leasing companies and vendors to ensure the new vehicles are outfitted correctly.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize commercial vehicles on the lot
- Be a liaison between the dealership, vendors and customers
- Create vehicle descriptions and stock them in when they arrive.
- Manage online inventory
- Arrange and scheduled delivery of vehicles (coordinating with drivers and purchaser)
Qualifications
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Professional appearance a must
- Friendly and courteous disposition
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
