Job Posting:
This position will support the Sales Lead & Account Executives (Specialty) across multiple sales and account management functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Serves as a support resource for Sales Lead of Specialty Accounts and Account Executives
- Collects, analyzes and communicates weekly, monthly and quarterly sales data. Analyzes product and account performance information, keeping the Sales Team, as well as merchandising personnel and executive management, informed of overall teams performance
- Manages and maintains B2B site, including Inventory and Product uploads
- Assists with order and inventory planning
- New Account set ups
- Handling sample requests/returns, for Trade Shows, Travel Lines
- Trade Show registration and show logistics coordination
- PIM creation for Digital based business, including logistical detail, product description/copywriting
- Additional support functions as defined by the VP
Skills For Success
- High attention to detail; strong organization skills; ability to multi-task
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, system savvy
- Command of retail math and spreadsheet formation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in MS Office; Excel experience a must, SAP and Power BI experience a benefit
Experience/Education
- Years of related professional experience: 2 – 5
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Sales and inventory planning experience preferred
- Account management experience a plus
Special Physical And/or Mental Requirements
- Travel possible
- Ability to lift medium weight garment cases/bags
