KBR is seeking a Master Program Scheduler. This candidate will support Aviation Architecture and Environment Exploitation (A2E2). In this role, you will interface with the Government customer to understand the program’s acquisition strategy. As part of a team, you will develop and maintain a Microsoft Project integrated master schedule for a complex ACAT II program, while interfacing with Product Management Office leadership, Assistant Product Managers, Product Integrators, and Logistics / Technical / Business representatives to receive schedule inputs and integrate them into the schedule.
Additional Duties Include:
- Creating, analyzing, and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project for various life cycle efforts
- Collecting and analyzing Integrated Master Schedule deliveries from vendors
- Generating Integrated Master Schedule formats and outputs as required by Product Management Office personnel
- Participating in working groups and Integrated Product Teams requiring schedule design or analysis (i.e. Integrated Baseline Reviews, Integrated Product Team meetings, senior management briefing preparation)
- Participating in the control of contract schedules requiring a validated schedule control system
- Participating in the preparation of schedules for all contract work
- Developing plans, including schedules, to meet contractual/project requirements for several major portions of a program
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an applicable field and 5 years of applicable experience. Experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)

Must demonstrate comprehensive experience and knowledge of:
- Analyzing schedules using multiple tools in conjunction with and/or imported into MS Project.
- Accomplishing variance analyses for baselined schedules.
- Accomplishing critical path and driving path analyses.
- Working with project teams to build schedule recovery plans.
- Identifying major milestones, decision points, project lifecycle and project events.
- Developing, maintaining, and integrating project plans into project schedule models.
- Ability to review contract documentation and extract the information required to buildout associated schedules.
- Strong communication and writing skills, necessary for creating program progress in deliverables, briefings, and discussions with Program Office and higher management.

- 7 years of applicable experience
- Prior Army PM experience
- Active Secret level security clearance
- Project Planning/Management
- MS Project Scheduling (critical path analysis, risk assessment, recovery action planning)
- Resource Loading
- CDRL Submittal Management
- Knowledge of EVMS methods
- Microsoft Office Applications (Project, Access, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint)

Salary : $106,000 - $135,000
