The responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist will include but will not be limited to:
The responsibilities for the Payroll Specialist will include but will not be limited to:
- Prepare and process high volume payroll for over employees in over 20 states
- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees for over 500 employees
- Work closely with HR, accounting and provide solid customer service to employees for all payroll related issues.
- Work within ADP and Excel to produce accurate and timely payroll
- Support the month end close process, payroll projects, audits and process improvements
- Strong systems experience including ADP and advanced Excel
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- 3 plus years experience processing a large payroll
