- Perform detailed balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis for accurate reporting.
- Support revenue recognition (ASC 606) and compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Prepare management reporting packages, KPI dashboards, and investor deliverables.
- Collaborate with global site teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data.
- Assist with VAT reporting, treasury activities, and cash flow analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and regulatory compliance.
- Drive process improvements and documentation for internal controls and SOX readiness.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc financial projects.
- Experience: 5–7 years in progressive accounting; manufacturing or global operations experience preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Technical Skills: Strong Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas); ERP proficiency required.
- Knowledge: Expertise in GL accounting, month-end close, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities to collaborate globally.
- Mindset: Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Location: Local to the Wilmington/Boston area for hybrid work (3 days/week onsite).
