We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Duties Include:

- Generate business opportunities with current and new clients
- Site and customer visits – job walks, pre-bid meetings, etc
- Generate project-based quotes, budgetary estimates, and formal bids
- Interface and coordinate projects w/ clients, consultants, Field crews, shop crews, and vendors
- Provide technical recommendations (pump repair and well rehab) and troubleshooting for clients
- Generate project-based submittals and schedules
- Oversee, facilitate, and delegate all phases of project from start to finish
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Review and approve project budgets, contracts, and change orders
Required skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to manage time to meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate well with clients and foreman in person, through email, call, virtual meetings, etc.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) efficiently
Preferred skills (but not required):
- Knowledge of / experience with vertical turbine deep well pumps, submersible pumps, booster pumps and motors
- Knowledge of / experience with water wells, groundwater, water treatment, etc.
- Troubleshoot problems arising with schedule coordination, equipment and labor requirements, site constraints, etc.
- Construction or project management experience
