We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Employee to support the development and implementation of tools and systems for efficient post-award financial tracking and accurate expenditure projections. This short-term role is critical to ensuring fiscal compliance across the over 150 active grant accounts managed by the department of Neuroimaging and Informatics Institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement automated financial tracking and reporting tools to monitor post-award spending in real time.
- Create accurate projection models for grant expenditures to support compliance efforts.
- Analyze existing financial processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with the grants management team to address spending trends and proactively mitigate risks of overspending.
- Ensure the systems are fully operational and integrated before the upcoming budget cycle.

The hourly rate range for this position is $17.28 - $28.00.
