A New Hire Signing Bonus of $300 is offered for this position

Signing bonuses will be paid in two installments. The first installment of $100 will be paid once you have completed 30 days of employment. The second installment of $200 will be paid after successfully completing 90 days of employment with KECO. Only externals (not rehires and/ or transfers) are eligible for bonus. To be awarded a signing bonus, a successful candidate must have no attendance infractions or any other performance write ups in those 90 days.

THE POSITION

This is a working position, picking, packing, building, and shipping any assemblies as required, while maintaining responsibility for all aspects of quality and documentation control as they relate to customer sales orders and assembly work orders. These assemblies are generally built away from the injection molding operation, by this individual, or other assembly operators, depending on demand. In addition, this position is responsible for successful fulfillment of all customer “Same Day Orders”, including, but not limited to; E-Commerce, Shipping Dept replenishment orders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Pick and Pack small parts for customer orders
• Assemble parts and variety packs
• Verify and stock items from production and receiving
• Check order accuracy to avoid shipping errors
• Other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be detailed oriented and able to multiple tasks at once to support customer demand.
• Computer skills. Previous experience with UPS or USPS online label system is a plus.
• Experience with inventory management, pulling inventory and counting inventory.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime.
• Must be able to stand 8 hours a shift.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs.
• Comfortable using small, powered hand tools.

Salary: $12.50 - $12.90 per hour
