About This Position
The Order Entry Clerk position is responsible for entering customer orders and reconciling and balancing daily accounts. In addition, this position will also assist with sorting mail to cover seasonal business and as needed.
*This is a Part Time Seasonal position *
* The schedule for this position will vary during our seasonal ordering peaks (Summer & Winter) *
* This person will be required to work remotely with occasional in office work *
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities
- Data entry of customer orders and apply payments.
- Assist with separating and distributing mail.
- Prepare daily reconciliation of payments and orders.
- Complete miscellaneous tasks assigned by Administrative Supervisor.
- Other duties as determined by the needs of the business.
What You'll Need
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting preferred.
- Familiarity with 10-key calculator functionality.
- PC experience is helpful.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Good mathematics and reasoning skills.
