Trial Lawyer (Employment Litigation)

We’re looking for the right new team member!
Missouri Bar member
5 years of direct employment litigation experience
Significant experience with oral advocacy in St. Louis-area courts (oral arguments / trials)
Strong academic background and writing skills
Positive and empathic attitude
Creative and free-thinking
Judicial clerkship experience not necessary, but highly-valued
This job will involve all aspects of employment litigation, from intake and administrative charges to discovery, motion practice, jury trials, and appeals. Client relationships are #1 for us, and you’ll have extensive client contact.
Compensation : $100,000-$150,000 base salary; bonus program; generous healthcare benefits; 401(k) / pension plan.
