What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticket Office Associate position at KEENELAND ASSOCIATION?
Job Details
Processes ticket purchases to Club Members by phone. Associates work approximately 15 days during April and 17 days during October live racing and other special events as needed. Must be able to work from 10 am to the last race each race day.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Interacts with club members either by phone, email, fax, mail or in person.
- Uses in-house ticketing software system, etix, to assign tickets to club members.
- Prints, emails, assists with will call tickets as needed.
- Actively contribute to the efforts of other guest services positions and departments when necessary.
- Abide by company policies including no smoking, wagering or eating at workstation on company time; consistently maintain workplace professionalism in dress and appearance.
- Abide by company policy to keep internal knowledge of members, private.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED; experience utilizing a digital ticketing system preferred.
