- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the facility
- Care for floors through appropriate cleaning techniques such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest satisfaction
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management
- Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures
- Adhere to hotel or facility policies regarding confidentiality and guest privacy
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Strong knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing and carpet cleaning
- Experience with industrial or commercial cleaning equipment is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
