About Us

Keep It Cut was co-founded by Jacob & Josh – childhood friends turned business partners. They know the mood and confidence boost a fresh haircut offers, and their Unlimited Haircuts Membership allows the Phoenix Metro area to experience that whenever customers wish. What began as one shop in 2012 has now grown to over ten locations!

Our Team Members feel inspired in our modern urban industrial decor shops, featuring natural woods, concrete floors, and exposed ceilings, jazzy indie hip hop music, and friendly conversations. Every head of hair is different, and we trust our Hair Stylists to bring our customers’ visions to life.

Monetary Compensation

Keep It Cut offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes insurance (health, vision, dental), 401 (k) retirement accounts with 3.5% matching, and generous PTO. New Team Members are guaranteed $25/hr (Wages & Tips) for the first six months as they build their customer base to reach the average $27-$39/hr.
