Job description
Keer America Corporation located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is currently looking for Management Trainee/Production Assistant. This position will be trained on the entire process of cotton yarn manufacturing and will be promote to supervisor, plant manager or General Manager assistant in the future.
Responsibility:
- Supervise on a production and production workers.
- Meet the goals of production each period.
- Work on training and evaluation of the employees.
- Administrative work in GM office.
- Translate verbal interactions and written communication.
Qualifications:
- Able to work in fast-paced condition.
- Management or manufacturing experience not required but preferred.
- College degree not required but preferred.
- Keer America is offering visa sponsorship for this position
Must be able to indoor/outdoor work environment.

Assist the V.GM to implementing administrative procedures, and more job tasks that V.GM assigned.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- English-Chinese bilingual.
- General clerical experience.
- Detail oriented, excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics and statistics.
- Be able to organize and arrange job tasks appropriately per urgency and impotency.
- Be able to draft meeting minutes records and reports.
- Strong communication skills that help to develop productive conversation between management and suppliers (equipment suppliers).
- Good language ability to deal with sensitive situations (between employee and HR) and maintain confidentiality in all areas while interpret for management.
- Strong work ethic and enthusiasm to learn and improve by daily work.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:
High School or GED
Two (2) year Associate Degree in related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Minimum of 1-2 years of job-related experience in the same field.
