Job Description :

Keer America Corporation located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is currently looking for Management Trainee. This position will be trained on the entire process of cotton yarn manufacturing and will be promote to supervisor, plant manager or General Manager assistant in the future.

Responsibility :

Supervise on a production and production workers.
Meet the goals of production each period.
Work on training and evaluation of the employees.
Administrative work in GM office.
Translate verbal interactions and written communication.

Qualifications :

Able to work in fast-paced condition.

Management or manufacturing experience not required but preferred.

College degree not required but preferred.

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.
