Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of machine parts and supplies, ensuring optimal inventory levels.
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations to guarantee timely delivery of parts.
- Utilize an order management system for tracking orders and inventory levels.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to parts availability.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date inventory records.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing for parts procurement.
- Implement effective warehouse management practices to enhance efficiency in storage and retrieval of parts.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in parts management or a similar role within the heavy machine industry.
- Strong knowledge of heavy machine diagnostics and repair processes.
