What are the responsibilities and job description for the Document Control Specialist position at KELCOURT PLASTICS INC?
The Document Control Specialist is responsible for document control activities stated within the Quality Management System. This position must review customer specifications and coordinate activities within the organization for proper specification acceptance. This position also handles the task of completing quality related surveys.
Job Qualifications
Manage the Document Control System.
Assist in the development and implementation of needed and/or required procedures.
Assist and complete NPI activities as they pertain to Quality in conjunction with Engineering.
Works to continually improve the QMS documents.
Create Inspection Records for tubing part numbers and update existing Inspection Records whenever required.
Complete and submit customer surveys as they pertain to Quality.
Perform and assist with internal audits when required.
Respect our Safety policy, follow Safety Absolutes and promote Safety all the time.
Perform any tasks requested by the Quality Manager.
