OTR Driver Trainer

• 6 days out, home for 34 hour reset)
• 14 / 2 Driver
• 14 days out, 2 days home consecutively)

Trainer Pay – when you have a trainee - is :

a. $ 350 per day training

b. Remain eligible for safety bonus – while training (if you meet safety criteria)

c. Cell phone reimbursement - $ 55 / month

d. Retention Bonus

• Pay : Base CPM plus assessorial pay included (when you do not have a trainee)
• Stop off Pay – Additional $15
• Safety Bonus – Additional .03 / per mile
• Productivity bonus- Additional .03 / per mile
• Drop / Hook- $5 each, totaling $10
• Live Load / Live Unload - $20 each, totaling $40
• Detention Pay- $20 per hour (after 1 hour of sitting)
• Break Down Pay- $20 per hour (instantaneously)
• 80 dollars per Diem pay
• Paid hourly additional when filing in for shuttle or spotting work
• Month Performance Bonus
• Weekly Guarantee Pay Program

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Establish and communicate clear objectives for all learning activities
• Instruct and monitor students in the use of learning materials and equipment
• Use relevant technology to support instruction
• Observe and evaluate student's performance and development
• Provide appropriate feedback on performance
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development
• Communicate necessary information regularly to students and colleagues regarding student progress and student needs
