What are the responsibilities and job description for the Productivity Coach position at Keller Williams Realty, LLC?
What will you do?
This is the 20% of the job:
- Increase productivity of non-capping associates to capping associates
- Achieve target (defined by MC leadership) enrollment in career development productivity coaching
- Achieve target (defined by MC leadership) of career development productivity coaching program are producing each month
- Achieve target (defined by MC leadership) of company dollar resulting in associates engaged in career development productivity coaching program
- Recruit and gross target #s of new/low/moderate and/or moderate/accomplished producing agents each month associates (# defined by MC leadership) each month
- Grow the Productivity Coaching Program
You will also…
- Meet with new and low/moderate producing recruits
- Hold new and non-capping agents accountable to a 30/60/90 plan to get them into production in the first 90 days
- Hold weekly group coaching meetings
- Coach and train associates on the activities that will lead them to meeting their goals
- Partner with Team Leader, key staff and associates to develop the training calendar that drives market center profitability and production - leveraging MC vital signs on an as needed basis
- Teach associates how to receive and convert leads through prescriptive training
- Effectively communicate Keller Williams’ value proposition as it relates to their businesses and/or needs
- Drive and own attendance and active participation in Ignite and BOLD (scheduled annually within the Market Center)
- Track results and share with MC Leadership team
