MAIN OBJECTIVE :
As our Sales Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brokerage's future by recruiting top-tier talent. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding both novice agents looking to start their careers and seasoned professionals ready to elevate their success. Your outgoing personality and exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships and create a welcoming atmosphere that attracts potential candidates. Additionally, you will manage a working list of candidates and take the initiative to cold call potential recruits.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Talent Sourcing : Actively source and recruit real estate agents through networking, social media, industry events, and job fairs.
Cold Calling : Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling to generate interest and schedule interviews.
Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, creating a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Assessment : Evaluate candidates through interviews, skill assessments, and personality fit to ensure alignment with our brokerage culture and goals.
Collaboration : Work closely with the productivity coach to understand training needs and facilitate seamless onboarding for new agents.
Brand Ambassadorship : Promote our brokerage's values, culture, and benefits to attract top talent and enhance our reputation in the industry.
Event Coordination : Organize and host recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions to engage potential recruits.
Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our brokerage as a top choice for agents.
Reporting : Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to management on the progress of recruitment initiatives.
OVERVIEW :
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the real estate or sales industry.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and the qualities that make successful agents.
