Be part of our communications and administrative support team for the largest national real estate franchise in our Summit, NJ location part of the KW Premier | Metro Group family of three dynamic offices. The right candidate will be well presented and have an upbeat attitude, with a customer service mindset to please and problem solve with a high sense of urgency. Primary skill sets should include, being a strong communicator verbal and written, graphic design and social media and tech proficiencies to support to our busy agents and clientele.
Who are we looking for?
The Agent Services Coordinator enjoys multi tasking and handling a range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be poised, energetic and resourceful, responsive and communicative. The Agent Services Coordinator will assist the Team Leaders with agent onboarding/offboarding processes and be seen as the go-to person for all the agents within the Market Center. This person should be someone with natural instincts to problem solve and please, and takes initiative at both with a a sense of urgency.

Ability to learn and become proficient in CRM platform and docusign
Essential duties and responsibilities
Front Desk services - Full time and on site; greeting, providing assistance and responding to calls and questions from: clients, agents,management, co-brokers, and guests of the brokerage
Provide high-level concierge service provider for clients and agents
Serve as the expert for all questions and services, referring agents to the best internal resource for each
Be able to manage call volume for three market centers while being resourceful in supporting requests and reporting of all calls.
Follow established, and continuously suggest ways to improve our systems to stay ahead and on top of agent and market center activities at all times.
Be an enthusiastic supporter and or presenter of content during office meetings/trainings in person and via Zoom
Make monthly care calls to agents
Manage documents. systematically track internal documents, processes and organizational needs
Manage office supplies, inventory and mail.
Assure and maintain a clean and inviting appearance of the office
Work closely with leadership team to provide support as needed
Assist with all Market Center events, not limited to RED Day, training events, office meetings, lunch coordination, weekly setup when in Market Center, and many other activities throughout the year
Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
