Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in our manufacturing facility. We are a growing company looking for an individual that is wanting to have a career in woodworking, design, and manufacturing. The candidate will be responsible for assembling cabinets according to specifications and ensuring quality and efficiency. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, including power tools and hand tools. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!
Duties:
- Assemble cabinets accurately and efficiently on the assembly line.
- Utilize power tools, hand tools, and other equipment to fabricate parts as needed.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure proper assembly.
- Conduct quality checks on assembled cabinets to ensure they meet company standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred but not needed.
- Familiarity with tape measures, power tools, hand tools, and/or assembly line processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as drawings.
- Experience operating forklifts is a plus but NOT required; training may be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing production needs and schedules.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
