What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dedicated Payroll Representative position at Kelly Benefits?
Kelly Benefits Payroll in Sparks, MD is seeking a payroll experienced individual to be accountable and responsible for all aspects of quality service for clients. Also contacts and assists clients in process of obtaining information for payroll production and tax related issues; verifies totals, responds to/resolves client questions and problems and delivers quality customer service. Also including;
- Communicates with clients daily to obtain payroll data including salary adjustments, special payments, tax allocations and employee deductions and to set schedules.
- Consistently available in phone queue for client calls and inquiries including delivery and bank return items.
- Maintains timely documentation of all calls and validates completion of tasks and cases through Service Cloud.
- Responsible for timely resolution of payroll service open cases in Salesforce and communication with client and other departments within Kelly Benefits Payroll.
- Assist with back-up and service queues when needed.
- Troubleshoot and assist clients with KTBSonline.
- Identify efficiencies and make suggestions to our clients on how they can best utilize the KTBSonline system.
Minimum hours are Monday through Friday 8:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours may be required to achieve business objectives.
This would be an in-office position with potential for hybrid schedule after key competencies have been evaluated.
