We are looking for hardworking and reliable caregivers to join our team. We have a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend shifts available. We are a flexible, family-owned assisted-living facility for the elderly, serving the Evansville area for the past 30 years.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Communicate ongoing care results and updates to relevant parties
- Collaborate with residents and families for best care opportunities
- Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in personal care or other related fields required*
- CBRF certifications required*
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Ability to build rapport with residents, families and staff
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player mentality
*While care-giving experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right person.
