As a Staff Accountant, you will be a key player in enabling Kelly Partners’ next phase of growth. The successful applicant will become an integral part of the broader team and will have at least 2 years' experience in a public practice environment.
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner
- Develop client relationships by providing exemplary service and solutions to add long-term value
- Prepare and compile accurate financial statements for clients
- Perform detailed bank reconciliations, resolving discrepancies and ensuring accurate cash records
- Manage payroll tax filings, ensuring timely and accurate compliance
- Assist with diverse client projects across multiple industries
- Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events
- Minimum of 2 years' public accounting experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
