What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supervisor, Integrated Planning position at Kelly Scott Madison?
Kelly Scott Madison—KSM—is a leading, independent media and advertising agency that futureproofs brands and fuels business growth. Our team of strategists, solutionists, technologists, and data analysts work united alongside incredible brand partners, helping them connect with customers in more meaningful ways today and positioning them to move with the customers of tomorrow. It’s always an amazing and transformative time at our growing media agency.
At KSM, it’s about more than just a passion for our industry and craft. It’s about the impact we make on the lives and livelihoods of those around us, and the highly personal experience we have here. Being an independent, mid-size agency—not too big, not too small, and proudly entrepreneurial—you’ll be empowered, recognized, and challenged to grow here. We’re adding new Bold Builders and uncommon perspectives to our community and can’t wait to learn more about you. But first, let’s explore the opportunity...
We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our team. You’ll oversee cross-channel campaigns and the media planning process across a subset of clients in a variety of industry verticals to deliver meaningful business results. Category experience which is most relevant includes: CPG, Banking / Financial / Insurance, QSR / Dining, and Healthcare. Many of our clients have a goal of driving foot traffic to a physical location and/or a key digital action.
As THE client relationship lead & point of contact, you will be meeting live and virtually with internal colleagues, key clients, and creative agency counterparts. Collaborating across a variety of formats is important to build relationships. Strong communication skills and confidence with media recommendations driving business results/sales are critical. As the day-to-day client contact, you will manage (and exceed) expectations, instill trust and ensure ongoing alignment.
Your vested interest in each team member will drive the highest quality output – work that truly works. A major component of the role includes connecting and coaching Planners and Associates on the Integrated Planning Team. You will work closely to guide the strategy and ensure seamless cross-channel execution as well as facilitate ongoing communication across disciplines to deliver a cohesive strategy and flawless execution. Leadership and skill growth and development is important as the team makes data-driven decisions.
Of course, the person in the role adds the true value—not the role itself—so let’s talk about you and your winning attributes.
Who you are:
We've got you covered -- and we’re not just referring to robust health insurance. To us, coverage is about supporting your full experience and whole self, from inclusive benefits, flexibility, and an appreciation for time away, to recognition, professional development, and growth opportunities. We’ve got you.
