Kelly is hiring a Accounting Clerk for one of the largest and most respected Higher Education Institutions in the Cleveland, OH / University Circle area. Our partner is known for world class research and is one of the highest ranked Universities in the US. This is a Temporary role but may converted to permanent based on performance during the assignment!

Working under the direct supervision of the Senior Director of Operations and the Finance and Business Manager.
Responsible for entering and/or amending financial and non-financial information in the offices online database. The Technology Transfer Office manages intellectual property and the database includes docket-level accounting entries, patent records, and copies of agreements with outside companies. This position will contribute to the offices goal of ensuring accurate and timely record creation that will be used both by office staff and by stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Past experience with databases.
Significant experience with Excel.
Excellent attention to detail.
