Why you should apply to be a Data Entry Operator:
- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Assignment Type: 9-month Contract
- Enter customer and account data from various tax documents into multiple systems
- Analyze and validate data that requires detailed review
- Identify and correct errors by consulting procedural manuals and system guidelines
- Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume, production-based setting
- Follow established policies and procedures while handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proven data entry experience with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Strong 10-key typing skills (15,000 KPH) and ability to type 60 WPM
- Solid math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, averages, percentages, interest)
- Strong critical thinking and research skills
- Detail-oriented mindset and high adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
- Effective organization and time management abilities
