What’s a typical day as a Panel Technician? You’ll be :
Assembling and wiring control panels utilizing blueprints, schematics, and a bill of materials
Producing and ensuring custom panels meet customer specifications as directed by the team leader
Assuring custom panel products are shipped as expected by the customer
Reviewing work for errors before releasing to Quality Control
Providing marked-up documentation for any errors detected during build and any suggestions for improvements
Implementing custom panel product cost reductions and being actively involved in a process of ongoing improvement for the area
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
MUST have experience working off blueprints and schematics
Have knowledge of electrical theory, measurement skills, and light metal fabrication
Must be able to lift / push / pull (maximum 50 pounds individually)
Have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
