What’s a typical day as a Staff Accountant? You’ll be:
- Performing thorough reconciliation of all books, ensuring accuracy in pending payments, paid accounts, and overall financial records
- Preparing and generating comprehensive month-end financial reports to support organizational decision-making
- Utilizing QuickBooks and Computer Ease for financial management and reporting
- Have 5 years' experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, or Finance
- Strong experience with GAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Are proficient in QuickBooks
- Have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Possess effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
