What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Strategic Growth Initiatives position at Kelsey-Seybold Clinic?
The role is responsible for driving business growth by working with key stakeholders to collect key information, develop strategic analyses, communicate findings and recommendations, align on strategy, and execute the strategy. Position will also support senior leaders in developing strategic communications, organizing, and running key stakeholder meetings.
Duties also include opportunity and market assessments, partnership and contracting strategy development, data collection and analysis, facilitating stakeholder collaboration and negotiation, profitability assessments, business case development, goal setting, and KPI development and tracking. Provides consulting, project management, analytic support services, or technical expertise for a broad array of issues and, at varying times, will own large, complex, multi-dimensional analytical/implementation/planning projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree or higher required; Master's degree or 2 years of additional experience required.
Preferred:
Master's Degree or MBA
Experience
4 years’ relevant total work experience, including 2 years of management consulting at a “top tier” consulting firm or equivalent experience. Remaining experience must involve corporate strategy, executive management, business development, or other relevant fields.

Job Duties
Leads team of consultants to implement high-priority strategic initiatives, including development of strategy recommendations/plans after collecting data, analysis, and discussions with stakeholders; Drives committees to execute against strategic goals
Performs management functions such as professional development of direct reports, leading team meetings, mentorship, performance evaluation, and coaching; hiring/recruiting, and team building.
Produces or oversees the development of written materials for senior executives and other key clients; Organizes agenda/content and leads planning for high-priority strategic and organizational leadership meetings.
Organization capability building -- develops plans for the Growth Team to improve capability (e.g., strategic planning, hybrid work policy development) across the organization and executes by partnering with key senior leadership.
