Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming invoices from suppliers and vendors.
- Execute outgoing payments and accurately record accounts payable data.
- Support account reconciliations to ensure all bills and payments are properly posted.
- Assist with expense reimbursements and vendor communications under supervision.
- Follow financial procedures and support compliance with GAAP and internal standards.
- Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis for financial discrepancies.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Understanding of basic financial processes and regulatory standards.
- Willingness to learn financial systems, quality procedures, and customer-specific requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Interest in developing financial acumen and understanding the broader impact of finance on business performance.
