Landry’s Restaurants is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill an entry level Administrative Assistant position for the Kemah Boardwalk Administration Office.
The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for answering phones, communicating with guests, answering questions, and helping with various administrative office duties as needed on the weekends.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Administrative
- Weekend Availability
- Provide essential office functions, including personalized and general correspondence, telephone, email, and in-person reception;
- Provide assistance with filing and data entry;
- Assist with printing and creation of property signage;
- Maintain cleanliness of office workspace.
QUALIFICATIONS

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

- Previous administrative work experience preferred.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees and guests.
