Salary Range: $65000.00 - $70000.00 Salary/year
Description
Kemo Sabe Aspen is seeking a full-time Inventory Assistant. Duties for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Communicate with Operations Manager daily to go over plans/priorities and regroup throughout the shift as needed
- Maintain stockroom organization
- Check in, put away, and post daily transfers
- Pack up and ship store-to-store transfers/staff transfers as requested
- Maintain proper stock levels on the sales floor and boot wall
- Disburse incoming shipments- SPO’s/RTV’s/employee returns/employee personal items (communicate all incoming packages)
- Ensure that all product is properly tagged
- Assist with periodic inventory counts
- Weekly cycle counts
- Check negatives based on ops requests/Jen H. requests
- Investigate product discrepancies
- Product check requests from other stores
- Recycling for store
- New product communication with staff
- Check emails throughout the day for requests
- Hold sections
- Driving to other stores may happen sporadically based on inventory needs
- Create daily shipping labels
- Repairs and returns to vendor (including RTV’s of split buckles)
- Building maintenance (call appropriate companies to address building issues)
- Request supplies from hat ranch
- Order supplies (non-inventory)
- Ship product to customers with urgency and accuracy
- Receive and tag incoming product
Qualifications
- Must be able to be on your feet for hours at a time
- Must be able to bend, squat, reach, twist, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Must have full-time availability
- Must have a valid US Driver's License
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
