Internet Sales Consultant
Ken Ganley Westside Imports is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Consultant to help our growing digital sales team. We are currently looking for career-minded individuals who are immediately available to start a full-time career with great opportunities to advance within our company.

Candidates must be computer literate and possess great phone skills. Must have weekend availability.
While previous automotive experience is not required for this position, it is preferred. Qualified applicants should have a professional appearance, high energy positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects.
- Gain knowledge of all dealership products and services.
- Drive traffic for the sales department by setting appointments.
- Must be willing and able to make 60 outbound calls each day.
- Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.
- Reply to and follow up with incoming internet leads.
- Present both products and financial options to satisfy clients.
- Complete certification training for both the dealership and manufacturer.
- Use our customer relation software for said follow up with clients.
- Conduct business in an ethical, and honest fashion with integrity.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work on the phone and computer all day
- Pleasant and engaging phone personality
- Automotive, Call Center, collections, inside sales experience a plus
- Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
