The culinary staff creates exciting and delicious cuisine and, at times, an international flair and themed special dinners and parties. Some ingredients are even grown by residents in their hydroponic gardens. Work in one of our multiple cooking operations with the grill, hearth oven, panini presses, charbroiler, live cooking stations, and more. As the Sous Chef, You will be responsible for maintaining Culinary Service Kitchen by preparing meals and achieving a high degree of food satisfaction. Implementing menus; controlling food preparation and sanitation in Food Service. Managing staff effectively and the overall supervision of the department in the absence of the management team. This position is full time, 40 hours a week, working from 12:00pm - 8:30pm.
