Essential Functions:
- Maintains all aspects of the electronic medical records for Resident’s on a daily basis with accuracy while ensuring specific deadlines are met.
- Supervises, schedules, trains, and assists staff as needed.
- Monitors documentation per state and federal regulations in the kitchen and serving areas of the Skilled nursing facility/AL.
- Conducts audits as needed and does rounding on a regular basis
- Is actively involved in Care Plans and the IDT including care plan/family care plan reviews.
