Schedule: 1:45 PM - 10:15 PM, 5 days a week, Every other weekend off
Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.15 per hour, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a CNA at Kendal at Lexington, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate care to residents, including assistance with daily activities, personal hygiene, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and well-being.
- Assist with meal service and ensure residents are comfortable and well-cared for.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with the care team and family members.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment for all residents.
Qualifications:
- Valid CNA license in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Prior experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled shift and occasional additional hours if needed.
