Well-established local company seeking concrete carpenters to construct formwork for various construction projects. Applicants must have experience in forming footings, walls, slabs, and other structural elements using plywood, symons, gangforms, and other typical industry methods for concrete construction. Position will require some experience in forming, tying rebar, and placing concrete. Local work - must have own transportation to jobsites.
Responsibilities will include the construction of formwork for various types of concrete construction, tying rebar, and placing concrete and other related responsibilities. Applicants will be responsible to perform all work in a safe manner. This position will require working in all types of weather, ability to bend, stoop, crawl, work at heights, lift up to 75 lbs, use various hand and power tools, and basic construction math.
