What are the responsibilities and job description for the Linen Aide position at Kent Hospital?
Primary Function: Responsible for receipt, storage and delivery of clean linen to hospital units.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver clean linen by exchange cart system to using units.
2. Restock clean linen on exchange carts and linen room.
3. Spot check, weigh and record linen received in and going out of linen department.
4. Perform any cleaning duties as assigned in the linen room.
6. Perform all other related duties as assigned
Job Qualifications and Specifications: Job experience with linen is preferred.
