What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Sales Manager position at Kent Moore Cabinets?
Job Summary: Responsible for all marketing and sales, and oversight of installation and service of Kent Moore Cabinets, Ltd. custom-built cabinetry within a territory.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Make presentations to prospective new customers.
- Win new accounts and maintain existing accounts.
- Design, measure, schedule and inspect jobs.
- Provide Cabinet Vision or similar drawings as requested.
- Oversee installation and service personnel and report any deficiency to RSM.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and upper management.
- Maintain flow of paperwork and electronic data according to guidelines.
- Collect accounts receivable.
- Maintain personal error rate of no more than .25% of sales and contribute to overall rate of less than 1% of sales.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or corporate guidelines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to read a tape measure and take accurate measurements.
- Ability to use computer and basic programs.
- Ability to design cabinets.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Customer relations skills.
- Excellent salesmanship skills.
- Must have automobile, personal insurance and current driver’s license to drive to various customer locations.
