This critical role will help deliver strong business performance by accelerating our growth and share in the consumer packaged goods channel. As a leader of internal and external teams, we're looking for an excellent communicator and collaborator of people with the ability to champion brand plans, priorities and strategies effectively!
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Marketing and cross-functional teams to identify, plan and execute projects and priorities with excellence.
- Serve as the business driver internally and as the primary point of contact with outside agencies and partners in maintaining brand standards for Kent Precision Foods Group product portfolio across printed and digital assets.
- Primary lead for marketing analytics including competitive tracking and data analysis (IRI and Numerator). Develop, track and report on KPI’s. Assist in using this data to develop sales materials, training decks, etc. to support major initiatives.
- Assist in the development and launch of short and long-term innovation projects and the development of our creative strategies.
- Provide executional support and communication on brand marketing promotional plans and project timelines.
- Serve as key contact for Sales Team on branded product information and marketing communications, including ad-hoc requests for customer meetings.
- Maintain backend website and social media platforms.
- Work as point person with creative agency team from development through execution of marketing tactics.
- Effectively communicate opportunities, key issues and launch plans to all relevant groups across the organization.
- Develop and maintain business processes and tools, including but not limited to price list maintenance, sales and marketing promotional calendars, trade show support and communications, sampling initiatives, product and image file maintenance, collateral and messaging, ad-hoc reporting.
- Coordinate the development and execution of broker, distributor and consumer promotions.
- Assist in the development of compelling advertising and promotional initiatives to profitably increase consumption and content, driving sales within budgeted parameters.

EDUCATION:
- BA/BS required, MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 years’ experience in marketing, advertising or roles in related fields
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
- Ability to write, interpret, and present business reports, documents, and information
- Strong creative and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data in to action
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Strong ability to balance and prioritize evolving projects
- Self-motivated individual that can successfully collaborate in diverse groups
- Willingness to learn
TRAVEL:
- 10-15% as necessary for meetings and conferences
